Refund policy

60-Day Guarantee

We offer a 60-day return policy (specified on the product page), meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If 60 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds and replacements are only applicable for manufacturer defects.

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at support@verila.co.uk within 60 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with our return address. The returned items will be inspected to determine if you qualify for a return. While you are welcome to try the products, you must keep the original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number, as Verila is not responsible for lost returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include photo(s) of:

  • Any quality issues or damaged parts of the actual product received.
  • The incorrect item received (if the item differs in color, design, or size compared to your order confirmation).
  • The original shipping label of the product received.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing a justification. As with our standard policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping and "Skip the Line" costs are non-refundable.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at support@verila.co.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@verila.co. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

Cancellation Fee: Please note that a management, processing, accounting, and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be deducted from the refund amount if your order is canceled after processing.
